Starr Koplow: Raised in Brooklyn and Staten Island, I wanted the best of both worlds – countryside landscapes with “New York Style” dining and shops. So I came to Monmouth County, the hub of central New Jersey, where I have been a resident of Holmdel ever since. Married and a mother of two grown children, I am now a proud grandmother of five! A desire to give back to the community for the betterment of our area, I volunteer at a local group and am affiliated with several organizations. As a real estate professional familiar with the needs of the existing and growing families, I’m able to assess the buyer’s needs, finding the home just right for my client(s) in the most desirable area.
Jade D'Agostino: I grew up on Staten Island but as I began starting a family, my husband and I wanted a more country-like community and more land for our children. My family and I crossed the bridge and moved to Monmouth County and as fairy tales go, have been living happily ever after with my high school sweetheart and three children for over 18 years in Holmdel. My two eldest children went through the public school system and my youngest is still attending the area schools. As a long-time resident of Central New Jersey, this assures every client they will receive the depth of knowledge about these beautiful towns, amazing school systems, and everything Monmouth County has to offer. My passion for real estate and desire to help clients find their perfect home, results in a sincere commitment to meet clients' needs and provide superior customer service. Stephanie D'Agostino: Real Estate is in my blood! Going back, my mother began her real estate career over 30 years ago as a Realtor on Staten Island, New York, leasing rentals. My father worked as a successful builder and contractor also on Staten Island. Together, they decided to move to New Jersey and start a family. My father continued to build and contract while my mother started anew as a Residential Appraiser, a job, which she continues to practice today. With that being said, I can still remember being a little girl and going to my father’s construction sites, as well as accompanying my mother on her appointments just to get a peak of other people’s homes. I became passionate about the different types of architecture and décor that I would see from house to house and thereafter, would always be found either drawing blueprints to my future dream home or redecorating the rooms in my own house!
Throughout college, I was a part-time assistant to my mother’s appraising business and additionally to a Coldwell Banker team. But it wasn’t until 2011 where I truly began my real estate career. Fresh out of college with a degree in psychology, I moved down to Charlotte, North Carolina, with my husband, so he could attend law school. I thought to myself, “What can I do with my degree but at the same time, love what I am doing?” Fortunately, the answer came rather quickly… real estate! Early on in our life down south, I was hired as a Team Administrator for a Keller Williams team. For three years, I learned the business and how to work not as coworkers, but as family striving towards the same goals. Now as a Realtor Associate of D’Agostino Reality Group, my job is to ensure the smooth running of our team, as well as assisting our clients with ALL of their real estate needs.
